The CogniMoves® team brings together their many years of experience
in neuroscience, pediatric psychology, education, and product development to passionately serve our mission
to Supercharge Student Brainpower. Through highly engaging, developmentally appropriate cognitive motor
movement activities, we’re helping kids everywhere improve Executive Function skills including self regulation,
attention, working memory and cognitive flexibility with the goal of improving learning outcomes.
Meisha Porter, Ed.D
Dr. Meisha Porter has thirty years of educational leadership in New York City Department of Education
and affiliated Educational organizations. She is currently a Senior Fellow at the Center for
Educational Innovation. She formerly held the position of Chancellor of NYC Public Schools and
Executive Superintendent of Bronx Public Schools.

Benjamin S. Bunney, MD

Benjamin S. Bunney, MD
Dr. Bunney is a former Professor of Neuroscience, Pharmacology and Chairperson of the Psychiatry
Department at The Yale School of Medicine. He is currently the Charles G.B. Murphy Professor of
Psychiatry Emeritus. He is a Member of the National Academy of Medicine. Dr. Bunney is also a
highly successful translational science entrepreneur.
Ashley McDermott, PhD
Dr. Ashley McDermott has been conducting research on cognitive skill development for nearly 20 years
and has over a decade of experience designing cognitive skills training. She is currently a scientific
advisor and consultant and received her Ph.D. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the University
of Rochester.

For Chris Keegan, CogniMoves will be the third time he has brought research to the market. He has
over thirty years of industry sales experience. Chris is the Co-Founder of multiple Health-Tech
companies. He is also an experienced government relations expert.
David Badillo
David Badillo is a former New York City public school teacher and a seasoned K–12 education sales
leader with over 16 years of experience building and scaling partnerships with schools and districts
nationwide. He has led growth initiatives with organizations including PBLWorks, Playworks, and the
Neurodiversity Alliance, helping expand their reach and impact across diverse education systems.
David brings a unique combination of classroom experience and enterprise sales leadership, with deep
expertise in navigating the K–12 market and supporting organizations in driving meaningful adoption
at scale.
